HOW TO KNOW WHERE TO VOTE

ONLINE

Another option is go to vote411.org website. You’ll just have to indicate your state address and then it will give you your polling place. Google also provide a mapplet to provide polling location information for US voters. It is so easy to use. All you need to do is type your location on the search box and then press search button. It will give you immediately the poll location. Want to try these? Go to maps.google.com/vote

BY PHONE

You can contact your county election office in your areas to find the location of your polling place. Then an agent will attend your call, all you need to do is give your precinct number (your voter registration paper or voter identification card list your precinct number) so that they can check your polling place. If you don’t know the number of the country election office assigned in your place, visit sos.state.tx.us website. This is one of the good website that I’ve seen that will list Election Duties contact numbers.

BY NEWSPAPER

Have you read the Texas newspapers? Most of them publish and states the location of polling places so that people will know the exact place or precinct for them to vote. Other Sunday newspapers listed the polling place location as well.

**Just always remember that you will vote on the precinct where you are registered.
