By: VIDEO: Tiger Woods, the world’s highest paid professional athlete, creates buzz after issuing an emotional public apology for his bad behavior. He has apologized to his sponsors, friends, and most especially to his family.
Woods has not been seen in public since he crashed his car outside his home in Florida on November 27, 2009, but now appeared in a press conference on Friday, February 19, 2010, at Professional Golf Association headquarters in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida to sincerely apologize for his repeated irresponsible behavior.
Woods also defended his wife, Elin, to all the media and other people who speculated and fabricated a story that his wife hit him or attacked him on Thanksgiving night. As what he said,
“Elin never hit me that night or any other night, there has never been an episode of domestic violence in our marriage, ever. Elin has shown enormous grace and poise throughout this ordeal. Elin deserves praise not blame.”
Woods admitted that he was unfaithful and he cheated his wife. He said that he was the one to blame and he knew it was all wrong.
