As for The Ultimate Fighter 10: Heavyweighs Finale, Roy Nelson and Brendan Schaub square off for the six figure contract in the UFC. Brendan Schaub enter the octagon first and next by Roy Nelson. As the bell starts , Roy and Brendan quickly face each other in a striking position. Throwing big punches, Brendan Schaub seems finding Roy Nelson’s reach. For a bit of frustration Roy Nelson throws punches but didn’t landed cleanly and he decided to takedown Brendan.
Though Roy Nelson is successful taking Brendan in the mat , he stood up easily and preferred stand up position. Exchanging great combination, Brendan seems to be the better fighter in the boxing match. But in the 3:45 period of the first round, Brendan throws a left hook but Nelson simultaneously throw a right hook that hit Schaub’s ear and fell to the mat. To seal the win, Roy Nelson quickly landed another punch to Brendan Schaub and after that the referee stop the fight and a win goes for the “Big Country”.
Roy Nelson is the winner of TUF 10 : Heavyweights and for sure we will see him in the octagon for quite some time. He is fat as Joe Rogan as what they said, but he knows how to fight and finish it. Congratulations to Roy “The Big Country” Nelson.
