Manny Pacquaio, the current WBO World welterweight champion, Ring Magazine light welterweight champion, and Ring Magazine’s number 1 pound-for-pound boxer in the world, will not face Floyd Mayweather Jr. on March 13. The dispute on drug test was not settled and the negotiation was stopped.

Mayweather and Pacquiao have to find another opponent to fill the gap. Pacquiao is scheduled to face the former IBF Welterweight Champion, Joshua Clottey. Pacquiao-Clottey fight is set on March 13, 2010 at the Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas. The stadium seats 80,000 . About forty-five  thousand seats were set for the fight. The 45,000 seats will be adjusted if the demand for tickets increase. Ticket prices ranges from $700 to $50.

If Team Pacquiao picked Joshua Clottey as a replacement for Mayweather, Mayweather also found a replacement for Pacquiao. Mayweather’s camp chose Shane Mosley, the current WBA Welterweight Super Champion, as his next opponent. The Mayweather-Mosley match is scheduled on May 1, 2010. This boxing event will be held back to the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The winner on Mayweather-Mosley fight is said to be Pacquiao’s next opponent.
