Northwestern Wildcats vs Auburn Tigers match for the Outback Bowl is set this morning at 11:00 AM. Northwester vs Auburn will be held at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida.
After a bitter loss in Iron Bowl against Alabama Crimson Tide (26-21), Auburn Tigers are looking forward for the team’s victory in Outback Bowl this first day of 2010 with their sixth bowl win in eight seasons while Northwestern Wildcats will try to crack a six-game bowl losing streak with their first postseason win since 1949.
Auburn is tied with Arkansas in fourth place in SEC West division standings (7-5) the same with Northwestern which is also the fourth spot of Big Ten (10-3).
Wildcats had an impressive performance on November 21 as they holds off Badgers with 31-33 for the final score. It was their third win the row and they’re going to use the same energy and spirit they’ve showed in that game against Tigers.
