Obama’s tears suddenly fell down while he is speaking to the public in a rally at University of North Carolina yesterday, November 3. He also told the public that his grandmother have lived a simple life in small town of Kansas, working hard for her families and grandchildren. He also said that the way she have lived in that small town is just like the way America lives by everyday. He said that he was deeply nurtured by his grandparents. When he heard about his grandmother’s worst health last month, he went back to Honolulu, 10 days ago to see her because didn’t want to repeat the same mistake again when his mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, died in the year 1995 (because of Ovarian cancer), when he was not able to be with her at that time.

Obama also said that his grandmother was the one who encouraged him to run on Presidency. He said that he was told by her grandmother to take this chance.

John and his wife Cindy Mccain issued a statement expressing their deepest condolences to Barack Obama and his family. It also stated that McCain grieves for the lost of one of Obama’s family member. Obama was very thankful upon knowing it.

It is just nice to see two opponents set aside their political issues in this kind of moment.
