Announcement to all New York City (NYC) public schools:
According to Joel Klein, Chancellor of the New York City Board of Education, there will be no classes tomorrow, February 10, 2010, on all NYC public schools due to the bad weather condition which may occur as day progresses. This also includes PSAL events, after-school activities, and all other events taking place in school buildings were also canceled.
According to the The Department of Education officials, they are expecting more than a foot of snow tomorrow so they wanted the children to stay at home.
