Twilight Saga “New Moon” successfully hit the box office screen today. The movie is expected to give much more excitement than the first part but it seems that the movie didn’t meet that expectation. Millions of Twilight die-hard fans were waiting for this day for the movie to be released in theaters but some were not so happy on the outcome of the film. Most people who watched the film said it was boring and worst film. We visit different forums or websites on the web to check whether they do like the film or not but it seems that “New Moon” received negative feedbacks in several sites like mlgpro.com, mtgsalvation.com forum, IMDB, and even the movie critics in Rotten Tomatoes.
In IMDB the film got 4.3 out of 10. In Rotten Tomatoes it got a low score of 29% for the movie. Most of them cannot believe that the movie that they’ve long been waiting for will turn out to be like this. Here are some comments by movie critics:

I have to say that I am a twilight fan. I’ve read all the books, and quite liked the first movie even tho it has some large quirks. All in all, I was quite excited to snuggle up with my girl at the midnight showing and watch the next installment of our mutually loved saga.
It is amazing how much I hated New Moon, as biased as I was going into the theater. I’m not even going to discuss the plot, as I thought it actually followed the book somewhat reliably, but the breaker for me… the point that threw me for a loop… was how terribly bad the acting was.
Kristen needs to find a new career. I have to admit, she wasn’t all that great in the first installation… but she forms a whole new level of suck in New Moon. From the totally unbelievable acting to squealing like a pig in the nightmare scenes… she butchers my fondness of the character Bella.
I have to hand it to Taylor, however, for not only being the only good actor in the movie… but for making the entire female audience mutually reach climax at the same time. I give the movie 2/5 stars… and one of them is just for his abs. Man am I jealous.

We have read the summary of the book and we expected that this movie is more plain than the previous part (Twilight) because Edward is not there and the main focus is Bella’s lonely days without him and how she spent her lonely days with Jacob. But we want to know what will happen on the movie so we watched this film.
There was no interesting part on the first several minutes of this film. This made us realized that this novel should be put into television series rather than film. Even though “New Moon” has a plain story compare to other Twilight books, we expect that it will have a smooth transition of the scenes most especially when Edward called to know what happened to Bella and then Jacob made him believe that Bella is already dead. We thought that, that part was not given an emphasis. Bella and Alice rushed immediately to stop Edward from committing a sin. So from a slow pace the story shifts to fast pace. For those who haven’t read the book, they’ll might not appreciate the role of Vulturi clan to the Cullens and Bella. In terms of acting, we don’t like Kristen screaming while she’s on her bed. It sounds unreal. For Robert, everytime he speaks, he sounds like an angel instead of a vampire. He is a soft-spoken vampire. Everytime Kristen and Robert speaks, it seems that there’s something missing, maybe a background music?
People are looking for some sort of interesting and captivating part in the film aside from kissing scenes and Jacob showing his muscular body but they said there’s nothing on it. After the movie, we’ve heard a couple asking the essence or the how the “New Moon” title related to the story.
Of course this is just based on the book and everybody should know that this is a romantic fantasy film. For us, we really like the part when Bella face the Vulturi but it’s just that we have to wait for the third part to be satisfied with the story. Even though we don’t like the movie unlike the first part, we know that the story will became more intense on the third part (Eclipse).We would love to watch the third film but we hope the sequencing will be smoother and hope we can see the impact of the novel.
We do believe that Twilight die-hard fans will not care on bad reviews or negative comments of movie critics. They like it not only because of the chilling love story but also because of the main stars. The love triangle between Taylor Lautner, Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson is very much awaited in this movie. They are consider as the hottest love triangle today.
