Lady GaGa won the 2009 Q Awards for the Best Video category last Monday, October 26, 2009. Her music video in “Just Dance” beat The Dead Weather’s “Treat Me Like Your Mother,” Dizzee Rascal’s “Holiday,” Florence & The Machine’s “Drumming Song,” and Mika’s “We Are Golden.” The “Best Video” award was presented by Nixon watches but Lady GaGa was not present to accept it. She always surprise us in her unique outfits every awards shows and I’m wondering what would be her outfit that day if ever she attends.
Lady Gaga was also nominated for the 2009 Breakthrough artist category but she was defeated by English R&B and alternative rock band, Mr Hudson. The Breakthrough artist award was presented by My-Wardrobe.com. Aside from Lady GaGa and Mr. Hudson, the multi award-winning British alternative rock band Muse won the Best Act in the World Today which was presented by Russian Standard Vodka. But Muse was defeated by Lily Allen‘s “The Fear” in Best Track category.
