It’s not really easy to slim down or burn down the fats in our bodies. It requires whole day exercise and diet. You have to choose the food you’re going to eat – no sweets and no carbohydrates. Most women who wanted to have flat abs and slim figure wasn’t able to follow these simple rules. But not Jennifer Hudson.
The 2006 Academy Award Best Supporting Actress recently slimmed down after the birth of her first son, David Daniel Otunga, Jr. She became the celebrity spokeswoman of Weight Watchers campaign. On April 1, she showed off her new slim figure at the at the Glass Houses in New York City. She also attended a cocktail party and paraded around Cannes Film Festival over the weekend to promote her upcoming 2010 biopic film, “Winnie,” to be directed by South African film director – Darrell J. Roodt.
“I was very comfortable with myself before. I have a child now and I want to set a great example for him. Make better life choices, health choices and just create a good example for him growing up.”
According to some reports, Hudson enlisted the help of high-profile personal trainer Harley Pasternak. She underwent 55-minute five-days a week workout with Pasternak and now she’s even thinner than before she was pregnant.
