By: Bernard “The Executioner” Hopkins vs Roy Jones Jr. rematch will be held at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada tonight, April 3, 2010. The match will start at 11:30 p.m. ET.

Bernard Hopkins won via unanimous decision against Roy Jones Jr. He Glenn Trowbridge scored the fight 117-110, Dave Moretti 118-109, and Don Trella 117-110 all for Hopkins. It is the third straight victory for Hopkins.
Hopkins dominated nearly every round. In round 11, an accidental head butt re-opened the cut over Jones left eye. The ring doctor checked his wound and allowed the fight to continue.
In a post fight interview, Hopkins said that Jones is really a good fighter that he tried to rough him up. He also said that it was definitely worth it and for him it’s a sweet revenge.
Jones said that Hopkins is a defensive fighter and has fought a smart fight. Hopkins really made him chase the whole round. Jones was just a bit disappointed when the referee didn’t warn Hopkins about the head butts but everytime he did something, he always got a warning.
UNDERCARD RESULTS
Jason Litzau vs Rocky Juarez

Jason Litzau defeated Rocky Juarez via technical decision in round 7. Richard Houck scores the fight 67-66, Robert Hoyle 67-66, and C.J. Ross scores 68-65. Litzau retains his NABF super featherweight title.
Ismayl Sillakh vs Daniel Judah
Referee: Vic Drakulich
Ismayl Sillakh defeated Daniel Judah for the vacant NABF light heavyweight title. Sillakh won via TKO at 0:49 in round round 2.
Sergio Mora vs Calvin Green
Referee: Russell Mora
Judges: Lisa Giampa, Adalaide Byrd, Dave Moretti
Sergio “The Latin Snake” Mora defeated Calvin Green via TKO at 1:50 in round 7.
