Alec Baldwin, two-time Emmy winner and three-time Golden Globe winner for his role Jack Donaghy on the NBC sitcom 30 Rock, was rushed to Lenox Hill Hospital, on Manhattan’s Upper East Side in New York City, today, February 11, 2010. After an hour, he was released from the said hospital.
According to a recent report, his daughter to Kim Basinger, Ireland Eliesse (her nick is “Addie”) called 911 after he was found unresponsive. When the paramedics arrived at his apartment, they found him awake and agreed to be taken to the hospital.
Though Baldwin’s conditions remained unclear, his representative, Matthew Hiltzik, said that it is not a serious case. He said that Baldwin is perfectly fine and will be at work tomorrow.
According to Warnerbros.com website, there was an unofficial report saying that Baldwin and Ireland were having a dispute. It was said that Ireland told 911 that Baldwin threatened to take pills.
