Get a Sneak Peek of Prince Harry Interviewing Barack Obama

The interview will air on BBC News Radio 4 on December 27, and we're definitely going to be tuning in.

The pair's longtime bromance was on full display as Harry interviewed the former United States president, trading quips in a teaser released on Monday morning (AEST).

Harry was interviewing Barry as part of his guest editorship of the programme, recording the interview during the Invictus Games in Toronto in September.

"Do I need a British accent?" In this warm up to the encounter, the prince jokingly warns the ex-president he'll get "the face" if he pauses too long between answers.

Near the end of the clip, Harry admits to feeling a few pre-show jitters, telling Mr Obama: "You're excited about this. Because I'm a slow speaker", Obama jokes in the teaser offered up on the palace's Twitter feed.

But Harry was not keen and said: "No, no, let's keep it this way".

Kensington Palace has released footage of the upcoming interview between Prince Harry and ex-president, Barak Obama.

It's reported Mr Obama even teased Harry about his romance with Meghan Markle earlier this year at the Invictus Games. We wish you a lifetime of joy and happiness together.

Last year, Obama and his wife, Michelle, challenged Harry and his British competitors "to bring it" ahead of the event in Orlando.
