Larry Flynt ad offering $10M for dirt on Trump

Meanwhile, the success of Flynt's cash offer appears to have only emboldened the publisher, who announced that he is now offering twenty million dollars for information leading to the impeachment of Mike Pence.

The Washington Post is owned by Jeff Bezos, Amazon's founder.

Mr Flynt, best known as the publisher of Hustler magazine, laid out the offer in a full-page ad in the Sunday edition of The Washington Post, in an attempt to find the "smoking gun" that could remove Mr Trump from office.

Hustler founder Larry Flynt is taking aim at President Trump in a full page ad in this Sunday's Washington Post, FOX Business has learned exclusively.

In the promotion, Flynt pretense a few grievances about Trump's activities as president, including his terminating of Federal Bureau of Investigation chief James Comey and his "gross nepotism and arrangement of unfit people to high office". And just because you pay for information, doesn't mean it's not good. To succeed, impeachment requires unimpeachable evidence. According to Flynt, the process of impeachment is "dirty, scandalous work, but the alternative - another three years of destabilizing dysfunction - is worse".

Real estate agent captured wrestling shark out of swimming pool
A Sydney real estate agent has been captured putting fear aside and wrangling a shark during a mid-morning dip in Cronulla. Hatheier felt sorry for the shark and made a decision to be a good Samaritan.

"I feel it is my patriotic duty, and the duty of all Americans", Flynt concludes "to dump Trump before it is too late".

"Impeachment would be a messy, contentious affair", Flynt wrote in the ad. The ad includes a hotline number and an e-mail to send tips. He had done the same in 1998, and the information that emerged reportedly influenced the resignation of Republican Congressman Bob Livingston, who was in line to be speaker of the House.

"Beyond any doubt I could utilize that $10 million to purchase extravagances or further my organizations", Flynt expresses, "however what great would that destroy me a world crushed by the most intense dolt ever?"

Looking past high crimes and misdemeanors needed to impeach, Flynt points to the firing of former Federal Bureau of Investigation director James Comey and Trump's response to the violence seen earlier this year in Charlottesville, Va., as reasons to remove the president. In 2007, he offered $1 million, also through a full-page ad in The Post, seeking evidence from anyone who had had an illicit sexual encounter with a member of Congress or any other government official.
