Taylor Swift expected to testify in photo grope case

Taylor Swift is expected to testify in court this month against a former radio host who she claims groped her.

It's unclear when Swift will take the stand.

The former 98.5 KYGO-FM DJ, David Mueller, met and posed for a photo with Swift at a backstage meet-and-greet during her June 2013 Denver concert.

Ms. Swift described in the deposition getting in "photo formation" between Mr. Mueller and his girlfriend, "and that's when right as the moment came for us to pose for the photo, he took his hand and put it up my dress and grabbed onto my ass cheek, and no matter how much I scooted over it was still there. It was completely intentional, and I have never been so sure of anything in my life".

The alleged "butt groping" occurred when Mueller took a photo with Swift before her 2013 Denver show on the Red tour.

He was terminated from his position on June 4, 2013, two days after the alleged incident with Swift. The disc jockey later sued the singer-songwriter, saying he had been falsely accused and wanted $3 million in damages.

Swift is seeking a verdict that awards her $1, while holding Mueller responsible and "serving as an example to other women who may resist publicly reliving similar outrageous and humiliating acts", her lawsuit says. They are also each expected to testify at some point during the trial.

However, Mourinho has admitted that the signing of Matic could be the last transfer activity seen this summer. We are not a club that is ready to pay what clubs wants us to pay, so I am ready to go from four to three.

What does Taylor Swift claim? "Swift, Mueller intentionally reached under her skirt, and groped with his hand an intimate part of her body in an inappropriate manner, against her will, and without her permission", Swift's countersuit filed in October 2015 reads. KYGO claims Mueller was sacked for violating the morality clause of his contract after it says it independently determined that he lied about the incident, changed his story and inappropriately touched Swift.

Swift also will be required to be in court for every day of the proceedings, except during jury selection. The couple had exchanged pleasantries with Swift before huddling for a photo, according to Mueller's lawsuit against the singer.

Mueller denies any inappropriate contact. He went to his auto to drop off an autographed photo then returned to the arena, where he was confronted by Swift's security guard.

Ex-DJ David Mueller already has been sanctioned for destroying evidence. The photo in question has been made public by gossip blog TMZ, despite a judge's ruling that dissemination of the photo would "significantly complicate jury selection".

If you've ever wanted to sit in the courtroom for a big celebrity's trial, you'll have your chance during the Swift ordeal. An additional viewing room with 75 seats will be set up elsewhere in the courthouse, with monitors for more interested parties to watch.

This one is pretty straightforward, but the whole thing is expected be done in just over a week.
