Knicks are considering trade of Porzingis

The Knicks are poised to begin listening to rival teams' pitches on potential Porzingis deals, league sources said. "He loves the city and he loves the fans and he wants to win with this team", Porzingis' brother Janis told ESPN on Tuesday.

First and foremost, the Knicks would walk away with the No. 4 and No. 8 overall selections in the 2017 NBA Draft.

Wojnarowski reported that Jackson had a dinner meeting with Lauri Markkanen in NY on Monday night. The Knicks are reportedly open to cutting ties with their budding superstar, Kristaps Porzingis, who's about to be 22 years old, is 7-foot-3, and can shoot the rock from distance.

"Despite how the Knicks are treating their players, Kris wants to stay in NY".

Phil Jackson is on thin ice with Knicks fans these days.

What was James Comey thinking when he met with Trump?
Unfortunately, one thing may come between Comey's truth and the public's ears - President Donald Trump . Congress voted to hold Attorney General Eric Holder in contempt for failing to turn over the records.

Former Syracuse University star Carmelo Anthony could be on the trade block this summer as Jackson said back in April that he "may be better off somewhere else." .

If either the Bulls or Knicks want to have a shot at drafting Jackson, it will likely require a blockbuster trade.

Booker, has more 20-point games before the age of 21 than all but four players in National Basketball Association history: LeBron James, Kevin Durant, Carmelo Anthony, and Andrew Wiggins, with whom he's tied at 63. However, Porzingis exceeded expectations nearly immediately, averaging 14.3 points and 7.3 rebounds in his rookie season, and then averaging 18.1 and 7.2 rebounds in his second season. If the Knicks' asking price is truly that high, it may take a monumental offer to pry him from the Knicks, and the teams with those types of assets (e.g. the Celtics) may rather use them on a more proven player.

Sources: As teams become aware Phil Jackson isn't ruling out possibility of trading Kristaps Porzingis, frenzy of interest is growing today.
