Havre de Grace Police have blocked access to southbound I-95 via the ramp from Route 155, and traffic is crawling in both directions on Route 155 - which leads from the interstate to USA 40 in Havre de Grace.

The bus belonged to Pennsylvania-based charter company Werner Coach, according to the newspaper.

The Susquehanna Hose Company tweets that more than 25 people were injured when the bus overturned in the Havre de Grace area on Monday morning. The bus landed on its side and shredded dozens of feet of guardrail before coming to a stop.

The accident shut down I-95 in both directions, but we're told the northbound lanes have since reopened. He says several people are injured, but he did not know how many people or the extent of their injuries.
