Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck Attend Church Easter Sunday

Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck Attend Church Easter Sunday

That's bad news for the Batman actor, as he made a lot more dough than his wife during their almost 10 year marriage.

Sources tell TMZ that Ben is "ready to move on" although it's not serious with the person he's dating.

Affleck and Garner were all smiles after going to church in L.A. with Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel. "They most likely have a marital settlement agreement that wouldn't be made public or a co-parenting agreement that again would not be public".

The two also said that their statement will be the first and last comment that they will share in public as they would like to keep everything only between their family.

"After much thought and careful consideration, we have made the hard decision to divorce", the former couple said in a joint statement.

These celebrations come after Garner, who has remained on good terms with Affleck throughout their two-year separation, asked for joint legal and physical custody of her and Affleck's kids in a divorce filing.

"After much thought and careful consideration, we have made the hard decision to divorce", the couple said in a joint statement in 2015.

"Nothing has changed since the divorce filing", the source explained.

"Jen and Ben will focus on making things as smoothly as possible for the kids".

Ben bravely opened up about his alcohol addiction back in March earlier this year, having spent some time away in rehab.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner were married in 2005 and have three children. They went for ice cream in Santa Monica'.

It will take a minimum of 6 months before the divorce is final, and sources say because of the amount of property, it will probably take longer.

Are you surprised Ben Affleck is moving on already?
