'It's why we have Trump': Asian guest turned away by lodge owner

Yet Airbnb has been plagued with problems stemming from cities banning them for monopolizing housing, to rampant racism and bigotry amongst their hosts.

Airbnb representative Christopher Nulty told NBC 4 in a statement that the bigoted Trump supporter's behavior was "abhorrent and unacceptable".

"She said "we're done" and canceled the trip", Suh says in the video, which displays screengrabs of the text conversation.

I wouldn't rent to u if u were the last person on earth.

Suh, who was traveling with friends on Presidents' Day weekend for a trip to Bear Mountain Ski Resort, said the group had parked just minutes away from the location when the host canceled.

On Feb. 17, the group of four set out up the mountain. Everything was hunky dory until they were minutes from the cabin and Suh sent the hosts a message about their impending arrival.

"You are insanely high", the host said, attempting to justify her cancellation of Suh's stay.

What Manager John Farrell said has impressed him most about 22-year-old during his short time in the majors is the lack of panic. The Mets offense didn't put up any runs early on for Syndergaard to get the win, unfortunately.

When Suh argued that the woman was clearly backing out of a deal they had previously agreed to, the host replied with a racist comment.

"I asked the woman again, is it OK if my two friends come, like should we give you cash?" says Suh in the video.

"For me personally, to now have someone say something racist to me and say it's because of Trump, it was my fears coming true", Suh said. "It stings that after living in the U.S. for over 23 years, this is what happens". The 25-year-old law student booked a mountain cabin on Airbnb - listed as "Tree House Loft and Private Bathroom" in Running Springs, Calif - for herself, two friends, and two dogs.

An Airbnb host in Big Bear, Calif., backed out of a deal to rent her home to a young woman because of the would-be guest's ethnicity - but Airbnb isn't having it. Suh was also issued a refund, as well as money for a hotel for the nights the group was supposed to stay with Racist Tami.

One of her travel companions added on Facebook: "The f-ing woman almost killed us tonight. In line with our non-discrimination policy, this host has been permanently removed from the Airbnb platform". The listing from the incident no longer appears to be available on Airbnb. "No matter what class you are, no matter what your education level, no matter if you're an American citizen - what they see is that I'm Asian, what they see is my race and this is how we get treated".

Airbnb has since revoked Tami's account, a spokesperson for the company told the Post. "But the change is what will determine how successful all of this is".
