That's according to the league's announcement Monday of offseason workout dates and those of organized team activities and minicamp practices.
Here are the key dates for the Seahawks. The team can conduct a total of 10 days of OTAs.
It's a nine-week offseason program that is broken up in three phases by the NFL CBA.
The first phase, which is a two-week period, is limited to strength, conditioning and physical rehabilitation work.
Knee injury sidelines Knicks' Rose for remainder of season
He missed the entire 2012-13 season, played only 10 games the following season, and missed substantial time in every season since. Adrian Wojnarowski of The Vertical first reported the news of the tear, adding Rose will need six to eight weeks to recover.
Weeks 3-5: The Eagles will be in Phase Two of the offseason program, which means coaches are permitted on the field, and the team can conduct positional drills.
May 23: Voluntary OTAs begin (veterans and rookies).
What isn't included in this workout list is rookie minicamp, which will be announced at a later time and will either take place from May 5-7 or May 6-8. There can be no live contact and the offense and defense cannot practice or drill together. Though teams are still not allowed to have live contact, they may conduct 7-on-7, 9-on-7 and 11-on-11 drills.
Their mandatory minicamp is scheduled for June 13-15. Then the following week comes the NFL Draft, which begins with the first round on Thursday, April 27, then continues with the second and third rounds on Friday, April 28, and concludes with rounds four through seven on Saturday, April 29. That will jumpstart three consecutive weeks with three OTAs each, then they'll wrap up the offseason program with their mandatory veteran minicamp June 13-15. This phase lasts three weeks.
