"Two and a half months in, you've got this [Sally] Yates story today, you've got other things going on, you've got Russian Federation, you've got wiretapping", said Ryan, until Spicer cut her off. You've got other things going on.
"It's a math tactic and it's engage with whoever will get you to that number".
After some more pushback from Ryan, Spicer said, "I appreciate your agenda here".
"Oh no, no, hold on... no at some point, report the facts". And as he unfurled his explanation, he snapped at Ryan: "I'm sorry that that disgusts you".
"And it went off into this Russian dressing, no shaking my head or whatever", she recalled.
Honestly have you ever seen a press secretary that gets ripped on as much as Sean Spicer?
Ryan:. call her that name. "I think if you ask April, both on and off camera, during the briefings, she comes up here often with a very spiriting back and forth, and I think that's what makes her a tough reporter".
Ryan shook her head again, and Spicer said, "Please, stop shaking your head again".

As Spicer defended against any connection between Russian Federation and the Trump administration, Ryan started shaking her head.
Well, that's what he's saying.
"Let me answer the question...."
Teeth aside, Spicer did cover some actual issues, such as Jared Kushner being questioned over his ties to Russian Federation. How do you fix that perception problem. Or if it does, maybe no one will ask you about it. Just as Nuzzi is another female reporter standing up for Ryan, there are others who have her back. "I suggest that somehow because of her gender or race that she'd be treated differently I think is, frankly, demeaning to her", he said. In fact, she got into it with the top ranking White House official - the president - during a question and answer sessions at the White House last month.
The statement came after The Washington Post reported that the Trump administration sought to block Yates' testimony before Congress, citing a Justice Department letter to Yates' attorney that said Yates' communications with the White House counsel "are likely covered by the presidential communications privilege".
It was a banner day for disrespectful old white men. I'm going back today to do my job and he's going to do his job and I take it for what it is.
Tur shot back: "Yeah, his job is spin".
KATY TUR [sarcastically]: So April, you've got an agenda. I didn't shake my head at first.
