Syracuse Orange and Kentucky Wildcats had second round wins. Syracuse crushed Gonzaga in the second round. Orange forward Wesley Johnson, who is projected as a high lottery pick for the 2010 NBA draft, led the team with 31 points and 14 rebounds.
